Mr. Porky Mixed Pork Soup


This stall serves up steaming bowls of porky goodness in a slightly sourish soup base and loads of Chinese parsley, which goes very well with their signature yam rice. This is owner Max Chai’s 1st stall in Malaysia, and the recipe is direct from his mother’s kitchen. His family’s business for the past 80 years has been in roasted meats and the pork specialty business, and this is the next natural branch-out for Max to venture into dishing up bowls of pork soup to his customers.
