Golden Hot Pot

Originating from China, this is a unique food offering to be introduced here in Malaysia, and it looks set to tantalize local taste buds. The essence of this dish lies in the sauce – with a dry paste made from 40 different types of herbs and chillies. Diners can choose from a selection of poultry, seafood and vegetables, and the chef will then cook it for you with the paste. There are different variations of spiciness available, just inform the chef of your preferred spice level.
